By using YingTu, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for API call results: Any output content produced by testing third-party APIs through this tool is the responsibility of you and the third-party API service you choose and its upstream providers
• This tool assumes no content responsibility: As a testing interface, this tool assumes no responsibility for content
• You will use lawfully: You will only use this tool for lawful API testing purposes
• You will respect others' rights: You will not infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use this tool to test API requests for the following types of content:

2.1 Illegal Content

• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Content that promotes or instructs illegal activities

2.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any attempt to create sexual content involving or depicting minors will be immediately reported to relevant authorities.

2.3 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

• Nude or intimate images of real people without consent

• Revenge pornography or intimate images intended to harass

2.4 Violence and Hate Content

• Content promoting terrorism or extremism

2.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

• Reproducing copyrighted characters or artwork
• Counterfeiting brands or trademarks
• Unauthorized use of others' likeness

2.6 Fraud and Deception

• Deepfakes intended to mislead or deceive
• Fake news imagery or propaganda materials
• Images for use in fraudulent activities

3. Third-Party Service Terms

This tool supports integration with various third-party API services. When using this tool, you must comply with:

• The terms of use of the third-party API service you choose (such as laozhang.ai, etc.)
• The acceptable use policies of that service's upstream model providers (such as Google, OpenAI, etc.)
