Important Notice

YingTu is an online AI image and video studio that calls third-party API services (LaoZhang API) through a graphical interface. This tool does not provide the underlying content-generation model. Request content is either sent directly from your browser to the third-party API service or temporarily relayed through YingTu endpoints, depending on the selected route. When a relay route is used, the relay layer does not independently archive live requests as a content library or manually review them. In the current release, generation history stays in the current browser. All content is processed and generated by third-party API services and their upstream providers. Users should comply with the terms of use of third-party services on their own; this tool assumes no legal responsibility for any content.

1. User Responsibility Declaration

By using YingTu, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for API call results: Any output content produced by calling third-party APIs through this tool is the responsibility of you and the third-party API service you choose and its upstream providers
  • This tool assumes no content responsibility: As an interface for API calls, this tool assumes no responsibility for generated content
  • You will use lawfully: You will only use this tool for lawful personal or commercial purposes
  • You will respect others' rights: You will not infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use this tool to generate or test the following types of content:

2.1 Illegal Content

  • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Content that promotes or instructs illegal activities

2.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any attempt to create sexual content involving or depicting minors will be immediately reported to relevant authorities.

2.3 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

  • Nude or intimate images of real people without consent
  • Non-consensual face-swapping or deepfake pornography
  • Revenge pornography or intimate images intended to harass

2.4 Violence and Hate Content

  • Extreme violence or gore
  • Hate content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Content promoting terrorism or extremism

2.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Reproducing copyrighted characters or artwork
  • Counterfeiting brands or trademarks
  • Unauthorized use of others' likeness

2.6 Fraud and Deception

  • Deepfakes intended to mislead or deceive
  • Fake news imagery or propaganda materials
  • Images for use in fraudulent activities

3. Third-Party Service Terms

This tool supports integration with various third-party API services. When using this tool, you must comply with:

  • The terms of use of the third-party API service you choose (such as laozhang.ai, etc.)
  • The acceptable use policies of that service's upstream model providers (such as Google, OpenAI, etc.)

4. Reporting Violations

If you discover this tool being used for prohibited purposes, please report it to us:

5. Enforcement

For users who violate this statement, we may take the following actions:

  • Report abuse to the relevant third-party API service (which may result in API Key suspension)
  • Report to authorities as required by law
  • Pursue legal action when necessary
