All content processing is handled by the third-party API services you choose and their upstream providers. By using this tool, you agree to these terms.
2. User Requirements
To use this tool, you must:

- Have a valid API Key from a third-party API service
- Be responsible for the use and security of your API Key
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Comply with the terms of service of the third-party API service you use
3. Acceptable Use
This tool is intended for the following lawful purposes:
- API interface functionality testing and debugging
- API integration verification in development environments
- Technical learning and research purposes
- Evaluating output quality of third-party API services
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use this tool to test API requests for the following types of content:

- Your API Key is stored only in your browser locally; we do not store it on our servers
- You are responsible for keeping your API Key secure and not sharing it
- You are responsible for all charges associated with your API Key usage
6. Intellectual Property
API Output Content: The intellectual property rights of content produced by calling third-party APIs through this tool are determined by the terms of the respective third-party API services and their upstream model providers, and are unrelated to this tool.
This Tool: The YingTu tool interface, its design, and code are owned by YingTu.
7. Disclaimer
This tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that:
- The tool will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Third-party API outputs will meet your requirements
- Results returned by third-party APIs will be accurate or reliable
This tool bears no responsibility for the availability, output quality, or compliance of third-party API services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YingTu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
