Important Notice

YingTu is an online AI image and video studio that calls third-party API services (LaoZhang API) through a graphical interface. This tool does not provide the underlying AI model capability; outputs are produced by the third-party API services you choose and their upstream model providers. Request content and API Keys required for a call are either sent directly from your browser to the third-party API service or temporarily relayed through YingTu endpoints, depending on the selected route. When a relay route is used, the relay layer does not independently archive live requests as a content library or manually review them. In the current release, generation history stays in the current browser. You establish billing and service relationships directly with third-party API services.

1. Service Overview

YingTu ("this Tool") is an online AI image and video studio that calls third-party API services through a graphical interface. This tool itself does not provide any AI content generation capabilities and serves only as a frontend interface for API calls. All content processing is handled by the third-party API services you choose and their upstream providers. By using this tool, you agree to these terms.

2. User Requirements

To use this tool, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Have a valid API Key from a third-party API service
  • Be responsible for the use and security of your API Key
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Comply with the terms of service of the third-party API service you use

3. Acceptable Use

You may use this tool for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including:

  • Generating and editing images and videos for your own creative work
  • Making product photos, posters, ads, social media content, stickers and other commercial assets
  • Testing, evaluating and comparing the output of third-party models
  • Developing and verifying API integrations

For commercial use, you must follow the terms of the third-party API service and its upstream model providers, make sure you have the rights to the photos, logos, text and other material you upload, and stay within the Prohibited Activities in Section 4.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use this tool to generate or test the following types of content:

  • Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Child sexual abuse material: Any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: Intimate images of real people without consent
  • Violence and hate content: Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Infringing content: Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
  • Deceptive content: Deepfakes or false imagery intended to deceive or mislead

5. API Key Usage Rules

When using this tool:

  • API Keys are provided by the third-party API service you choose, and you must comply with their terms of service
  • This tool may support multiple third-party API services; you are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of the service you use
  • Your API Key is persisted only in your browser. When you make a call, it is sent directly to the third-party API service or temporarily relayed through YingTu endpoints, depending on the route, and is not persisted in our server-side database
  • You are responsible for keeping your API Key secure and not sharing it
  • You are responsible for all charges associated with your API Key usage

6. Intellectual Property

Generated Content: YingTu claims no rights in the images and videos you generate with this tool. Subject to the terms of the third-party API service and its upstream model providers, you may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes; ownership of generated content is governed by those terms and applicable law. You are responsible for how you use generated content, including any likeness, trademark or copyright it involves.

This Tool: The YingTu tool interface, its design, and code are owned by YingTu.

7. Disclaimer

This tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that:

  • The tool will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Third-party API outputs will meet your requirements
  • Results returned by third-party APIs will be accurate or reliable

This tool bears no responsibility for the availability, output quality, or compliance of third-party API services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YingTu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
