Can I generate AI images for free on YingTu?
Yes. New users who sign in with Google get $0.1 of free credit (first 500 users, valid 30 days, no card needed), enough for about 1-4 images depending on the model. The credit covers image models only. When it runs out, sign up at laozhang.ai for another $0.1 and paste your own API key.
Which image models are available, and what do they cost?
Six models: Nano Banana 2 Lite at $0.025, GPT Image 2 VIP, GPT Image 2.5 Flare and GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst at $0.03 each, Nano Banana 2 at $0.055 and Nano Banana Pro at $0.09. Prices are per image and follow the current LaoZhang price list.
Can I edit with reference images and generate in 4K?
Yes. Upload up to 5 reference images (20MB each) to edit or guide the style. Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro go up to 4K, and GPT Image 2 VIP / 2.5 offer 30 exact sizes across 1K, 2K and 4K. Check the downloaded file for the final pixel size.
How many images per run, and is my API key safe?
Pick 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 images per run; each one is a separate, separately billed call. Your API key stays in your browser and is only used to call the LaoZhang API. YingTu servers never store it.
